Keytag™ safety system
The Rennison Innovations Pty Ltd Keytag™ Security System provides a secure service for children under care in churches, associations and community groups where accredited childcare services are not employed.
Government legislation sets out specific requirements with regard to dealing with children, whilst in the care of people other than their parents or guardians.
Our Keytag™ system provides a secure process which registers children in care and links them to the guardian or parent responsible. The system can be used during regular events or services and special occasions, such as conferences, open days, membership drives and alike.
The complete system includes durable base boards, keytags, sign-in/sign-out register(s), incident sheets & visitor registration forms.
All these are personalised to reflect your organisation.
The system also accounts for other information regarding allergies and medical conditions and has
a built-in roll call, which can be used in the event of an emergency.
In addition to developing this to compliment government requirements, we have taken into account the unique nature of volunteer or part time workforces.
